<p>Well, what can we say?<br />
<strong>We were and still are deeply moved and happy after we got the message that the <a href="http://www.wanjabelaga.net" target="_blank">artist &amp; musician Wanja Belaga</a> was inspired by one of our <a href="http://www.peteandrob.com/gallery.php" target="_blank">gallery pictures</a>.</strong></p>
<p>You can see the result on the left!</p>
<p>It is named<strong><br />
Pete und Rob in Paris<br />
Playmobil für Nostalghiker</strong><strong><em><br />
</em></strong>Gips, Gouache, Acryl und Edding auf  Leinwand<br />
<em><strong>Pete and Rob in Paris<br />
Playmobil for Nostalgihehests</strong><br />
Gypsum, gouache, acryl, marker (Edding) on canvas</em><br />
(2009)</p>
<p>You can check out more pictures of Wanja either <a href="http://www.wanjabelaga.net/malerei.php" target="_blank">on his website</a> or <a href="http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=652010&amp;id=1203461590&amp;ref=mf#/album.php?aid=146607&amp;id=1203461590" target="_blank">on his Facebook gallery</a>.</p>
<p><strong>Pete &amp; Rob (or Playmobil 3161) seem to attract other artists as well.</strong><br />
As mentioned in one of our <a href="http://twitter.com/PeteAndRob" target="_blank">Tweets</a>, the <a href="http://www.nickmusaelian.com" target="_blank">New York artist Nick Musaelian</a> painted Pete as well as Rob:</p>
<p><span id="more-104"></span><br />
<img class="size-full wp-image-106" title="nick" src="http://blog.peteandrob.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/nick.jpg" alt="nickmusaelian.com" width="500" height="205" /></p>
<p>If you see other artists that used Pete &amp; Rob in their work, please let us know.<br />
We are more than happy to promote them here.</p>
